The History of Skateboarding's Favorite Camera

Throughout the long history of skateboarding, one video camera has been the main tool used to capture the essence of skate culture. The Sony VX1000 almost seems like is was built exclusivly for skateboarding. The technology, ease of use, color, microphone, and the super useful top handle made it the go to camera for skate videos for over a decade and is still in use today.
